Two reply options to choose from
For new leads in the dashboard, two options for the public comment are prepared, written from different angles. A “Variant 1 / Variant 2” switch on the card lets you pick one, and that one is what “Copy” and “Approve” use. Older leads look as before, and the Telegram card still shows variant 1.

Dashboard interface shown in Ukrainian Drafts know today's date and the season
The model that writes a draft now sees the current date in Kyiv time and the season. It is also instructed not to guess the season or trip dates, and to ask when they are not stated.
Reputation section: brand mentions in Threads
The dashboard gained a “Reputation” section: what people write about your brand in Threads, with counters by priority and the marks “Handled” and “Not relevant”. It is available on request, only to clients for whom we have switched it on.
Weekly report on Monday
On Mondays a weekly report arrives in Slack, if it is connected: how many leads were found, how many replies were sent, how many people answered and how many of them made an enquiry. The reply rate appears when there is data to work it out, and it relies on the outcomes you mark in the dashboard.
Morning digest at 8:30
Every morning at 8:30, when there is something in the queue to work through, a digest arrives in Slack, if it is connected. If new leads appeared overnight, it has an “Overnight” block: their number and the three hottest ones with links to their cards.
Competition under a post: a badge and “Hot” sorting
When the number of replies the post already had at the time it was found is known (in Threads), the lead card shows a badge: zero means you are first, thirty or more means a crowd. With equal scores, leads with less competition rank higher under “Hot”, and where replies are many the draft looks for an angle nobody has used.
Post age as a coloured badge on the lead card
A coloured post-age badge was added to the lead card: green up to 24 hours, yellow up to three days, grey when older. The date line stays, and the badge shows at a glance which post to answer first.
Threads: a lead in the dashboard minutes after it is found
In Threads, new posts are now passed on for scoring while the search is still running, instead of in one batch at the end of the run. Collection runs in several slots a day, so a lead that is found shows up in the dashboard within minutes rather than waiting for the whole run to finish.
Daily posts: author voices and formats built for reach
On request, we set up authors with their own voice for your dashboard: a draft is written in the author's voice and signed with their name. The plan also gained formats that draw replies, such as asking people to share their experience, a first-person story and a clear opinion.
Lead queue toolbar: Show, First, Refine
The lead queue in the dashboard now filters in three layers. “Show” picks what you see, “First” sets the order, and “Refine” narrows the list by how interesting the lead is, how old the post is, its status and a text search.
