Terms of Service
The terms the service runs on: what we are responsible for, and what the customer is.

The service
zapyt.io is a service operated by DForce and provided to business customers under a separate service agreement. By connecting a social account, the account owner authorizes us to search public content for the keywords they configure and to prepare reply drafts.
A human always decides
The service does not publish, reply, or send messages automatically. Every outgoing text is reviewed and approved by a human on the customer's side. The customer remains responsible for the content they publish.
Acceptable use
The service exists to reply helpfully to people who are publicly asking for something. It must not be used for unsolicited bulk messaging, for targeting or harassing specific individuals, for collecting data about private individuals beyond their public posts, or in any way that breaks the rules of the social platform itself. The customer agrees to comply with the terms of the platforms whose accounts they connect.
No guarantee of specific results
The service is provided "as is". The number and quality of leads found depend on the niche, the keywords and how active people are on social platforms, so we do not guarantee any specific number of enquiries, sales or revenue.
Termination
Either party may stop at any time. The customer can disconnect the integration themselves in the social platform's settings. On termination we delete stored tokens and, on request, the customer's data.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the updated version appears on this page with a new update date. We notify customers separately about material changes.
