Terms of Service
The terms the service runs on: what we are responsible for, and what the customer is.

The service
zapyt.io is a service operated by DForce and provided to business customers under a separate service agreement. By connecting a social or Telegram account, the account owner authorizes the service to act through that account: to search and read content according to the search settings, to prepare reply drafts, to send messages the customer has approved and, if turned on, to publish content-plan posts.
What the service does, and what a human does
Every reply to a lead is approved by a human on the customer's side. In Threads the customer publishes the reply themselves. In Telegram, after approval, the service itself sends the approved comment and/or direct message from the customer's account. The service publishes content-plan posts automatically only when auto-publishing has been turned on in agreement with the customer.
The customer is responsible for the content they approve or publish, including messages the service sends after their approval and posts published by auto-publishing.
Acceptable use
The service exists to reply helpfully to people who are publicly asking for something. It must not be used for unsolicited bulk messaging, for targeting or harassing specific individuals, for collecting data about private individuals beyond their public posts, or in any way that breaks the rules of the social platform itself. The customer agrees to comply with the terms of the platforms whose accounts they connect, and to connect only accounts they are entitled to use.
No guarantee of specific results
The service is provided “as is”. The number and quality of leads found depend on the business, the keywords and how active people are on social platforms, so we do not guarantee any specific number of enquiries, sales or revenue. The service acts through the connected account's session, so we also cannot guarantee that the platform will not restrict that account.
Termination
Either party may stop at any time. The customer can remove the app in the social platform's settings and end the service's sessions in Threads and Telegram themselves. On termination we delete stored tokens, and the rest of the customer's data within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the updated version appears on this page with a new update date. We notify customers separately about material changes.
